VIRGINIA — Vietnamese cuisine is a melting pot of cultures and cuisines, but that hasn’t always been the case.
When a Vietnamese-American chef started working in Virginia, he found he had to make do with a limited supply of ingredients.
But the man who first created the country’s most popular food, lamb, is about to make Vietnamese food even more famous.
